Tilma Group director in Women in Business mentoring program

On Thursday February 3 Tilma Group Director Lisa Cameron was officially introduced to her Business Mentor, thanks to the Women in Business Wagga Mentoring Program.

Women in Business Wagga Wagga Inc was formed when a need for a women’s business and networking group was identified. A number of local business and professional women gathered on 12 November 2003 and formed the incorporated body, which strives to provide many opportunities for women including mentoring opportunities and information about further educational opportunities to enhance their business skills and career prospects.

The inaugural mentoring program has 12 participants and 12 highly experienced businesswomen as mentors, helping to guide and encourage women in Wagga to achieve the best in their careers through one-on-one meetings and exclusive events.

Lisa has been matched with Sarah Sutton of Commonwealth Bank Australia (Area Manager). She is looking forward to regular meetings and sessions that will assist her with professional development and business growth.

We wish Lisa all the best with this amazing opportunity, and look forward to supporting her to introduce her learning’s and new skills.

Thank you to Women in Business Wagga for this great opportunity!
